World today is at a rapid pace of development and innovation. Thought leaders and Disruptors are constantly looking for ways to create and be the “next big thing”. Can we then as indivduals alter the overall direction of the company we work at? We can, but let us be honest — not all of us need to do that.

Do we want everyone in the company having their own startegy & visions for the company? Will anything good come of it with many visions & directions?

Light is very important, but it is scattered and composed of many wavelengths. If our need is to reach goal/s we need focus, direction & unity — like a Laser!

As leaders we understand what the senior leadership is setting their sights on and create tangible steps for us to reach the vision. We not only align self; we also help align those we work with. We thus become that Laser!

We then help with “Strategic Alignment”!
